Dolby Atmos is an immersive, object-based audio format that improves conventional 5.1 and 7.1 surround systems by adding height information, enabling them to simulate a three-dimensional sound field. As the name suggests, the music-focused application of the format is called Dolby Atmos Music. And audio studio having Dolby atmos music setup in it is known as Dolby atmos studio. It is may be used with almost any setup, including multi-speaker systems, stereo systems, and headphones.
